Rare-Media (Applixis LLC DBA Rare-Media) Effective date: Oct. 1, 2026
These Terms govern your use of rare-media.com, offers.rare-media.com and any services, calculators, bookings, and messages provided by Applixis LLC, doing business as Rare-Media (“Rare-Media,” “we,” “us”). By using our site or booking a review, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Our services
Rare-Media provides marketing and lead-handling services to businesses. Information on this site, including calculator results, is an estimate for planning only and is not a guarantee of results.
Using the site
- You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business.
- Give accurate information, and do not misuse the site, interfere with it, or attempt unauthorized access.
Appointments
When you book a meeting, you will receive a confirmation and a calendar invite with a video meeting link. Please attend on time or cancel or reschedule in advance using the link in your confirmation.
SMS text messaging program terms
Program: Rare-Media Appointment and Service Messages.
Consent: By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms or booking page, you agree to receive text messages from Rare-Media at that number, including appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and responses to your requests. Messages may be sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity, usually a few messages per booking.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. We will send one confirmation, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt back in.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Your mobile information is handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including the Rare-Media name and logo, belong to Rare-Media or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Disclaimers
The site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee specific business results.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Rare-Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
